The grove is where our story starts

Rooted in Andalusia

For many years, we lived and worked on the sea — moving between coasts, kitchens, and long horizons.

Life was fast, beautiful, and constantly in motion.

We eventually chose the mountains of southern Spain for something different — land, light, and a slower rhythm of living.

After 25 years as a chef, I felt called not only to prepare food, but to move closer to its origin.

Today, alongside our neighbors and local farmers, we harvest olives by hand and bring them to our village cooperative, where they are milled within 24 hours.

Soleá Ritual was born from that shift — from sea to soil, from cook to producer, from kitchen to grove.

What we bottle is not anonymous oil.

And what we curate is not simply a gift.

Our ritual boxes gather the objects and provisions we return to again and again — small-batch oil, ceramics, linens, seasonal goods — meant to be opened slowly and shared generously.

Everything begins at the table.
