Soyuco has become one of those places.
I the heart of Canillas de Aceituno, Nati & Glen bake beautiful artisan breads, pastries and seasonal treats with care, precision and a genuine love for what they do. It is a place that feels thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply rooted in the life of the village.
We are proud that SOLEÁ RITUAL has found a home here.
Alongside their daily breads, you’ll find our current harvest, in the 500ml Glass Bottle, and by order and pickup, our 2,5L refill tin - two everyday essentials, made to be shared around the table.

A wine shop for the curious. Created by Pepe and Arturo, Suricato brings together distinctive wines and gastronomic finds from small producers, with a particular affection for the stories and people behind them.
Suricato – a name that also plays on words combining 'sur' (south), referring to the location of the establishment, and 'cato' (from the verb 'catar', meaning 'to taste'.
It’s a wine lover’s wonderland and not to be missed. Set aside some time to browse the beautiful selection of small batch, unique brands of not only wine, but local cheese, honey, olive oil and everything for the table.
We’re very happy to have Soleá Ritual join their shelves — not far from the mountain where our olives are grown and our oil is made.
FINCA ZENNAY
Finca Zennay is located in the campo of Canillas de Aceituno. Surrounded by 15,000 m² of private land with fruit trees and panoramic views over the mountains, you can enjoy peace and space.
You will find SOLEÁ RITUAL in the beautiful kitchen of Finca Zennay. This very oil from the trees you overlook from the kitchen window.
Enjoy a family dinner under that tree, with candlelight and tranquility, in the heart of the valley.
