What is SOLEÁ RITUAL?

SOLEÁ RITUAL is a small batch olive oil from the hills of Andalusia, Spain.

We work closely with our local village cooperative, we harvest and press early to create an oil that is fresh, vibrant, and meant for everyday use.

This is olive oil you can trace - from our hands to yours.

Where is your olive oil made?

Our extra virgin olive oil comes from a small village in the mountains of Málaga, Spain.

The olives are grown by us in our grove and by local farmers, pressed at our cooperative mill, within hours of harvest.

Is your olive oil cold pressed or organic?

Our olive oil is mechanically extracted at our village cooperative using traditional methods.

While it is not organically certified or cold extracted, it is made with care from early harvest olives and pressed quickly to preserve freshness, flavour and vitality.

We focus on transparency, origin and taste above all.

What does your olive oil taste like?

Fresh, green, and alive.

Our early harvest oil is smooth and balanced, with gentle fruitiness and a soft peppery finish. It’s made to be used everyday - for cooking, roasting, baking, drizzling, dipping, dressing and finishing.

Do much olive oil should I order? 

For everyday use, we rocommend starting with one bottle.

The bottle is 500ml/ 0.5L and designed to be used generously - for cooking, finishing, and sharing at the table.

Many of our customers quickly find themselves reaching for a second or ordering the 2.5L tin and keeping it in their pantry for refills.

Where is your olive oil shipped?

We are preparing to ship within Europe, U.K. and Iceland.
