About the Keepsake Objects in this Box:
The Ceramic Grater
A traditional piece of the Spanish kitchen, made for far more than tomatoes.
Its textured ceramic surface turns ripe tomatoes into pulp for pan con tomate, but it can also be used for garlic, ginger, fresh chilli, citrus zest, hard cheeses and spices.
Grate directly into the dish, add a generous pour of olive oil and a pinch of flor de sal — and bring it straight to the table.
Dama Blanca Flor de Sal
Artisanal and natural sea salt flor de sal.
Harvested by hand in the salt flats of the Bay of Cádiz Natural Park. These very fine white crystals enhance the flavor of food. Ideal for finishing dishes such as fish, grilled or pan-fried meats, pastries, and cocktails.
Olive Wood Objects for the Home and Kitchen
Hand-crafted in small batches by a family of artisans in a neighbouring village - who have been working with olive wood for decades.
100% European Lino- Linen Napkins
Hand sewn with care and attention to detail, exclusively for SOLEÁ RITUAL made by a local artisan.
