From grove to table

Harvested by hand in Andalusia, Spain

You found us.

You’re holding something real.

Our olives are pressed with hours of collection -

Preserving the freshness, aroma and character of the olives.

We harvest our own trees, from our own grove, with our own hands.

Made with our neighbours, in the village mill - not a factory.

This isn’t anonymous oil - from trees we can’t name or don’t know.

The olives that are picked and pressed are from the groves we know well.

We collect with other farmers in our village.

Their trees. Their olives. Their hands.

Families who have worked this land for generations.

We harvest alongside farmers on their land and in their groves -

and what you’re holding is part of that rhythm.

You might notice it’s softer than expected.

Rounded and approachable.

Green and fresh.

A little wild, but balanced.

Made to be used everyday.

Not a keepsake, not an oil to be only for “special occasions”.

Not to sit in your pantry, but made to pour, glug and drizzle.

Try it simply -

Over warm bread, tomatoes, or just on it’s own.

This extra virgin olive oil is made not just for finishing, but for living with.

Daily cooking, grilling, baking, roasting, salad dressings and marinating.

POUR GENEROUSLY.

Pour generously. Use daily. Share often.

Pour generously. Use daily. Share often.

From our groves to your table.

Early harvest - November 2025.
